I hear a beeping noise near my desk and my PC will not turn on.

Accepted Answer

That is most likley your UPS (Battery Backup).
1. Push the power button on the battery until it turns off.
2. Push the power button on the battery to turn it back on.
3. If that doesn't fix the problem, move your PC from the Battery/Surge side to the Surge side of the battery.
4. Open a ticket so we can come and troubleshoot the battery.

I can't print and or my PC is doing weird things.

Accepted Answer

1. Please shut down your PC properly through the start menu.
2. Wait 10 seconds then turn on your PC.
3. If you still have the problem please open a ticket.

Yes, you can contact any of our technicians, however know that they may be on vacation or in a location where they do not have coverage, which means you may not get the best service contacting us in this manor.
